Loading Issue

For some reason when i fully done the patching and when it comes to the loading screen and finishes my screen goes a bit black with a white box on top right and the client goes un responded waited for 10mins and a bit more just to see if it even goes back. As well tried re installing turning off my anti virus/firewall and still experiencing the same issue over and over. As well friend told me delete the pigg files and re do everything and still having the same issues.

    When its doing this run CrypticError.exe in the game folder and select GameClient.
    Type in what happened and CrypticError will gather information on the process and send it to cryptic.

    Anything? I have the same problem, used CrypticError and sent in the multi-GB file (took 3 tries for it to succeed), and...crickets.
