Dungeon queue troubles.

I've been trying to queue for dungeons today, and every time i get an accept, it either drops me right after i do, or i join a group, but never seem to be teleported to the dungeon. Sometimes other party members aren't either, but changing instances or zones doesn't seem to do anything. Anyone have any ideas about this?

    Some things I've used to counter this "glitch"

    !. Type '/kilme' and respawn your character, sometimes this works

    2. Just relog. This option seems to work the best.
