Dungeon Question

I just did the lvl 28 dungeon, forget name something crypt. After finishing the chest at the end didnt glow and would not let me loot. Is there a reason for this?

As far as dungeon quests go, the default chest is a shared chest where the group randoms on the loot. The seals that drop from mini-bosses/bosses are the only guaranteed loot unless you run it during dungeon delve time or unlock some of the optional chests/loot.
