Guardian Founder's Pack Rewards

I have purchased the Founder's Pack 3 days ago, and the billing was complete according to my purchase history.

I have yet to receive the extra character slot, astral diamonds, or any of the character rewards. I have checked the founder's reward merchant as well as the mailbox for these items.

At what point can I expect to get the benefits of my purchase?

    Check your email, you have to click a link and login to bind it to your account.

    I bought mine on the 7th of June, did the email link but still no items, nothing in mail or founders merchant. Also no extra character slot or astral diamonds. Not to happy and got the automated response on my ticket...
