Skillful Infiltrator TR 40 point skill

This ability is supposed to give +5% base run speed per point, yeah, doesn't do anything. At 3 points (15%) I'm the same speed as everyone else and my base run speed in my character stats is......0%.

    was coming here to report same thing. im getting the crit chance and dodge bonus but movement isnt affected. any news about this yet?
