Is it just me (I am only level 30) but I have it at Rank 3 and it just feels underwhelming and this is supposed to be our "go-to" for AoE. Does it scale really well later on? Thanks...

    I had to remove it from my bar once I got Shadow Strike at level 45, but until then I used it when I knew I would be facing large numbers of weaker foes. It would routinely leave all those it hit with JUST enough health that one Sly Flourish hit would take them out. That's why I love Sly Flourish -- I hit one, dead, spin and hit another, dead. With the slower At-Wills that do, like, one big hit after a warm up, it just takes forever to "clean up" after a blitz.

    Blitz also makes you step BACK a pace or two --- great for getting a little breather.
