Hello fellow clerics.

I noticed that there is something wrong with this paragon talent called Linked Spirit. It's supposed to increase stats by a certain percentage, everytime you heal a player, but so far it almost never works. The buff icon rarely shows up.
Is it bugged or is there something I'm missing?

    Only works on direct heals, i.e. not Astral Shield regen or Astral Seal healing. It's kinda buggy though, and sometimes does work on these.
