No Quest xp or reward

Didn't see this one but it might have been already submitted.

I was in the Graveyard completing "Doomguides Duty" and "Dragon Attack" quests. The NPC Didn't give any reward or XP. I checked my xp bar before and after completion. The window just had their dialogue sentence and that was it.

Any way to refresh the quests log? I tried logging in and out twice and I wasn't in a group.

I have a problem to when i got to lvl 19 on my rogue by using the quests, i finished my quest but after that i didn't get any quests anymore. Then i got myself to lvl 20 trough pvp and i got a quest but it was the quest for the mount. after that i still don't get more quests. Can you help me :c

You should have been directed to see Sgt. Knox near the Hall of Justice whenever you finish a given "arc"... around level 19 you should be directed to do the Spellburst/Spellplague storyline (if you haven't already) and then after that you get sent to Blackdagger Ruins around level 22 or so.

When in doubt, check with Sgt. Knox -- he usually directs you to the next area you should be questing.
