How to report players for afk leeching in PvP?

Title says it all and I'm fed up with players that leech and ruins the fun for the rest of players that actualy wants to play.

    I usually kick em myself, yeah, we're a man down, but at least they dont get anything

    This game seriously needs a vote kick system like in WoW.

    Party leader can kick AFKers. I suggest waiting until 980. This way you make them waste as much time as they waste of yours. This also makes it so they ruin less peoples fun (matches).

    Well just spent a wonderful evening in groups where one or more (three in one group) were afk-campers. Lovely that there's no option other than kicking and I dont see that they refill the spot (all those things Wow did..../sigh)
