Cant turn in Daily Skirmish LVL 40

today i played the pit skirmish at lvl 40 and completed it 3/3. but when i wanna talk to Rhix he doesnt offer me the option to turn my quest in and collect my reward.
my questlog looks like this:
and when i try to talk to Rhix it looks like this:
ive also created an ingame ticket but havent gotten any response yet (as usual).
please help
