How to go to PE from Blackdagger Ruins?

So I'm stuck, anyone care to help me? The normal map icons aren't there, does that mean there's no gate and I have to teleport? I have no scrolls either.

    I believe there is a sparkling spot on the deck of the ship that can take you back to PE.

    Walk back to the start of the zone (bottom right on the map) and use the gate?

    There's a gate right next to the Inn and Vendors on the map.

    Sorry I can't be any more detailed but there is a gate! :)

    That's the Skyhold, not Blackdagger Ruins.
