Mail Issue

Not sure if anyone else is having this, but since Sunday, when I try and mail stuff to myself, it says that it does it, but nothing gets removed from my bags etc. 3 days now and this is still happening. It really makes it so I cannot play my main.

Anyone else having this?

Anyone have any suggestions?

    Sent some stuff to my alt yesterday. Did not have this issue.

    Now I hope that with "to myself" you mean your account but a different character, because otherwise it's quite logical that you can't. :)

    Actually you can just using your @name because they have it set up that way, but it had been working since the 5 day headstart and only stopped working Sunday.

    Been a week now, with tickets both in game and on the support site, no answer, and can I really be the only one having this issue?

    I too have this problem.. but when i send the mail using my handle, only the character i send the mail from it's able to see it.. my alt has no new mails

    Only thing I've noticed with the mail is an old bug from STO that seems to have come back. If you delete one message, it skips the next one on the list and goes to the one after that. I learned (the hard way) to watch it a bit closer, but I have noticed this one.

    I wish I could even do that.

    I also wish to know why it stopped working after working fine for over a week.

    I also wish to know why my ticket from a week ago hasnt been answered on this.

    It has literally been 6 weeks now with this issue, I have opened tickets, they get closed, nothing gets fixed, can anyone (someone from Cryptic) please help me with this? I mean the total lack of customer service is insane. 6 weeks! And I have not been able to mail myself anything. I log in once a day to see if it has been fixed, nothing...

    Not sure if this will help but...

    ...I did a thorough sweep of my mailbox on every single toon. I deleted any messages from the AH and Neverwinter Announcements they had (double check for items/AD before deleting, of course).

    Again, do this on every single character on your account. The mailbox is still wonky and keeps replicated messages and, after doing this, I was able to mail items to myself again. Good luck.

    Me too, and the mailbox-clearing thing didn't seem to work for me.

    I appreciate the suggestion, but it hasnt worked. And on top of it customer service keeps saying its a bug and wont help. I think it's an account issue since they seem to have the mail shared across all games. On occasion I have seen my Champions mail through the mailbox in this game. But either way, bug or account issue. 6 weeks and not getting it fixed is souring what enjoyment I did have for this game, the complete lack of good customer service ruins it further. Frankly, I cannot play until this is fixed.
