It can make for an epic fight to have the players endure several waves of encounters to clear a room or objective. This video shows you how to set this up, using story elements and conversations.
A small bump (because by Kelemvor do things scroll fast here) and a small note. I know It says conversations in the description, but this is a bit misleading. I'm just using conversations to start the waves. The spawning of additional waves themselves is handled by Appear When Component Complete commands. At least for the non-story method. You could use any trigger really to start the waves.
