I think Neverwinter needs a mentoring system. Where if I'm higher level then a friend I can mentor them and be their level. But if it's ever done, do it like RIFTs mentoring system. You can drop down to any level all the way down to level 10. So if I'm level 36 I can be level 24, 21, 17, etc down to 10.
Plus you don't even need to be in a group, you just set it to what level you want and that way you can go to lower level area's and do stuff there and still earn xp there.
