keys not working

my 3 4 5 6 keys wont do anything its only on one toon but very annoying tried logging out and back in still no luck anyone else have this issue

    Yes I've had the same issue in a few instances. My character would stop fighting and then I'd be stuck in an idle afk/mode. I was able to chat and run around, but I was stuck in a prone mode.
