Archon Shield wrong AC

The Archon Shield has an AC of 18 at a Tier 1 item, while all the Tier 2 shields I've seen max out at 8. Looks like a "1" accidentally got added to the AC of the item.

    i have 1 of these and at first glace it didnt seem all that great whit besides the 18, but i notice it boost my damage resistance by allot so i think thats the reason its going for million at the AH.

    i do wonder if its a bug the 18 AC

    Where does the Archon Shield drop?

    this is a bug, since heavy archon shield only has +8 AC with better other stats, and thats the t2 form of archon shield
