Mail not sending items to other toons.

I tried sending my runes through the mail from my 2nd character to my first and it just seems to stay in a mail with my second character, same happens to the first. I send to @whatever and it does same thing can only be read by character that sent item and not by any others. I tried using full name Whatever@whatever and still same thing.

    I had this and noticed i had chars on 2 different shards-)

    I was gonna try and send something to my other character but I see there's a bug so i guess ill wait till they fix it.
