Foundry Missions not giving Kill exp or loot

Foundry missions are no longer giving my character kill xp or dropping loot. Everyone else I do who is on the mission is getting xp and loot just fine. I have tried to relog and it still is the same problem. Even switched characters. Just one the main one I am playing right now.
