Same issue. After running leadership tasks all day while at work, there are no AD to refine when I get home to log in. Is there a limited amount of time before they become unavailable?

The Gateway has issues... These guys have been great about fixing things that a large number of players will/may experience BUT when it comes to issues of more specific nature, they are just like any other business. I like the Gateway, I wish they would fix it.
I have the same problem. Used Chrome and Firefox on Windows 7, Chrome on Android phone and Chrome on Linux with same results, so it does not look like a problem with browser.

I know we all are having issues with diamonds but anyone had problems with resources, gold or chests yet?
Same problem here, done alot of protecting caravans from work today, got no rough astral diamonds

Hey guys, lets start keeping track of what task are being done and which aren't rewarding RAD's like they should. I did 3 escort goods to market last night and got RAD's for it. I am doing 2 battle undead to see if the RAD's are rewarded properly.
For me i did not get any diamonds for the ones i did at work via gateway, but after i had come home and entered the game to check, and found there was none there, i quit the game, and then completed another protect caravan, and when i logged in to check after that i had gotten the reward, but only for that one, not for all the ones from earlier.
I have to ask, has ANYONE shoved this into PWE's face. Complaining on the forum does not get things fixed, you have to report them for that to happen, and I do not mean a GM, you need to put in tickets with the data you are talking about. Then they may do something.

I have done "protect the caravan" multiple times today with ZERO RADs in my bags to convert when I got home.
It seems that exp & profession exp are being granted, also the small chest were granted, but NOT the RADs....
Also yes, I have had a ticket in for over 3 days now, not reply in game and no reply to my email. I have checked the support page for an update and it seems that there is NO TICKET in my history.... WTF?

Confirmed. I've had this happen several times -- I always Refine any Roughs I have before I logout. I run Leadership missions by Collecting them/setting them up during breaks at work via the Gateway. When I get home, Rough Astrals are still zero, and actual Astrals have not increased, either, even though the missions I ran were supposed to award Astrals. If I set them up on the site and collect in-game, the Astrals are awarded properly.
edit -- Same issue. Bugs submitted in-game only stay in there briefly, and no responses (I don't really expect individual responses) -- tickets submitted in-game do NOT show up on the site, & vice versa.
After getting back up off the floor last night from reading this I set some tasks to check in the morning when I got in.
I checked my AD and RAD levels before collecting tasks in game, logged out then collected the Gather Astral Diamonds task in gateway. When I logged in I had the expected amount of RAD.
There is a feature in our game that RAD will be auto refined for you if you haven't manually refined for 24 hours or so (I honestly cannot remember the exact details on WHEN it is refined). If there are specific tasks that seem to be causing this please let me know, but this appears to be working correctly at the moment.
I've found occasionally that RAD don't always show up immediately upon login if you've just collected them via the gateway. I'm not sure if that's part of what other people have been experiencing or not, but I usually just run around doing other things for a few minutes and then they'll show up.

Before the the Gateway task completion fix happened I lost several "Protect the Caravan" RAD rewards from collecting at the gateway. As others have said, it was not auto-refined as my total ADs did not go up. I have not seen any missing since but I can check when I get home as I completed and collected several today from the Gateway.
EDIT: Just logged in, my RADs were there from 4 sets of PtC.

Protecting the Caravan is the task where I have noticed this on. I didn't know that they are sometimes automatically converted to AD, so I haven't been paying attention to that. A bit confusing, though. I would rather convert them manually so I actually *see* them than having to remember where my AD was and compare and contrast.
EDIT: Maybe a popup message would be appropriate letting us know if RAD have been converted to AD automatically. That way we know it has occurred as opposed to guessing.
For me it seems to happen when i haven't logged into the game for a while, like when i've done stuff at work then gotten home and checked, nothing. but if i've just been ingame, and been doing something else while a protect caravan is going and completing it on gateway, then i seem to always get it.

Ok this is going to confuse things a little. Can you please get back to us on how the timer works? Does the auto refine happen 24hrs from the last time you personally refined something or does it happen on an internal 24hr server reset clock? Unless we know this its going to confuse testing this. Oh and yes try protect caravan. Its the only one ive been able to test so far however, will try again tonight and will also look at AD quantity AND RAD quantity before attempting this.
After assuring a guy in chat that it was working just fine (since it had been for me yesterday before maint), I discovered no RAD on the characters I'd been Gateway-crafting on while actively playing a single other character. Nor the barrel of goods from the rare mission that costs 3x Refugee. (and I'd logged in & refined on each of those characters within the preceding 24 hours. More like 12-18 actually.)
I made a note of the diamond level on one of the characters, and I'll give it a try soon to see how it goes.

I've seen it refine my RAD when I move from one area to another. They probably tried to use the tech from STO that is supposed to autorefine Dilithum for subbers. The autorefine when one zone changes has never worked properly over there though.

I did the caravan mission today from work and collected 4 times via the gateway and got nothing in RAD.... awesome.
Between this and all the hackers 1 shotting people in pvp with speed hack + god mode, game has died for me, sooner than i expected tbh.
Poor cryptic guys so much talent <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> up by perfect world's obsession with milking their users until they get sick of it.
