But does Crit work when my Power is extremely low because I focused on crit first? So did I understand It right I should choose every piece of gear with Crit and always put crit runes In until I am at 40%-50% Crit?
that build is pure HAMSTER I can keep u slow and dazed with my build for more than 20 sec before i have any gap for u to escape or attack me which will b like 4 seconds plus if u slow and dazed and slow ur target duelist fury is a sure hit

Romon, I find it incredibly amusing that your name is an anagram of 'moron', because that is precisely my first impression of you. You seem to be forgetting every single encounter I have, the fact that Rogues have stealth, and that my build has no less escapes than any other build. By the way, if you mean Dazed with 'Dazing Strike', good luck with that. The charge up time is ridiculous and any decent player will be able to dodge it. Also, no class has 20 seconds of dazes or slows. The fact that you use Duelist's Flurry in PvP is enough to remove all doubt that you're a subpar player with an inflated ego (or a troll). Have a nice day.
Crit isn't as important when your power is low, that's why I don't suggest going much over 50% crit, with 40% as acceptable.
Guys use my new post if you have a question or comment, since class forums are up now.
