Assume the following information - you are going power/crit rogue, relying on lurkers assault with duelists flurry for your major chunks of DPS. The major backbone of the build is in place. I will have just 20 strength, so keep that in mind with disciple of strength. I'm torn though between two paths (involving just a few feats) Which do you think is better?

Buff Stealth
1. Improved Cunning Sneak 5/5 making stealth last 20% longer (this gives you 2 duelists flurries in stealth)
2. Brutal Backstab 5/5 (25% more critical severity under stealth).
Keep in mind here that I also traited Cunning Stalker 5/5 (Build 20% more action points while stealthed). This route essentially maximizes your stealth based DPS with duelists, while still being in the executioner paragon path for crits.

Straight Damage Buff
1. Scoundrel Training 3/3 (at wills deal 9% more damage) AND Disciple of Strength 2/3 (Incr STR bonus by 4%)
2. Critical Teamwork 5/5 (you and all allies get 5% crit chance)
This route buffs overall damage with crit and STR gain. Since stealth in this build doesn't give you anything extra (assuming you have CA from position), you can use duelists flurry without regard to stealth. This makes it so you go into stealth and immediately use lurkers to keep its cooldown recycled.
