CW Eye Of the Storm passive does not affect certain spells

This is supposed to make everything crit for 8 seconds with max ranks in it.

With this procced, and active, sudden storm does not crit. Looking back in my logs, it looks like sudden storm always does a tiny amount of physical damage which DOES crit when EOTS procs, but the main lightning component is not a guaranteed crit with EOTS up. The lightning component can/does crit normally just fine

I haven't tested with every spell, this is the only one I've found that does this so far.

From what i've tested it cannot crit whatsoever. Any crit will show up as orangey yellow text reguardless of what type of attack

Actually you're right. The lightning damage part of it never crits.

I'm guessing this is probably a bug.
It does do a negligible amount of physical damage which can crit - for around 20 damage.
