The inaccessibility of Dye

Anyone else bothered by the fact that the only noticeable way to get dye is the Zen Market or the Neverwinter new character package? This really bothers me, because the dyes are sold for either real money, or a crapload of Astral Diamonds.

Is there any other way to get dyes? I'm getting sick of these blue robes every level, they all practically look the same. If not, is anyone else bothered by this?
