[BUG] Stealth METER stays depleted unless i die or exit the game

So playing the rogue some i've encountered this twice. The stealth meter locks at 0% even when using shadow strike, even when out of combat for 10 mins, even when dodge rolling to regain. This is beyond gamebreaking. as stealth is
rogues best friend.
