Would someone please give me the basic rundown on how to use the TR Lurker's Assault daily power best?
I know it regenerates your stealth meter quickly so I'm guessing I should also activate stealth after activating LA, but it also increases damage which makes me think I want to use my encounter powers during LA but encounter powers drop stealth.
So, how do you use this correctly? Should I be in stealth and only using at will powers to stay in stealth as long as possible? Should I try to hit all encounter powers for the damage bonus and not worry about stealth?
Thanks for any tips.

If you user your at-will powers while stealthed, they will get a 20% bonus to damage while using Lurker's Assault. up to 60% bonus for 3rd rank Lurker's Assault. I usually will pop Lurker's Assault, then go invis, then melee damage, when it gets close to finishing up stealth, I'll pop an encounter ability.
Alternatively, it will recharge your stealth faster, so you can go stealth, pop an encounter ability for the bonus, then wait for the stealth to recharge and repeat.

What I do is deft strike and stealth, then lurkers assault and use only at will attacks, I use the one we all started with, until the stealth finally ends, then I use my encounter powers. As soon as stealth is available, I hit it and use at will till stealth ends, then encounters again. Seems to work for me.
I'm not too far along on my rogue but when I use Lurker's Assault I keep auto-attacking until either my stealth bar is almost gone or lurker's is about to end. Then I use an encounter the last second to maximize my damage.
Multiple ways to use this. I prefer to start with Deft Strike followed by Dazing. Then pair LA with CoS since that wont drop stealth and lets me kill anything except a GF. When about to end, use DS to keep the pressure up.
The added benefit with CoS is that the CW will waste all their AoE spells trying to find you and fail since you are not next to them.
As far as I know. no one knows the correct answer entirely at the moment.
the issue. how do damage buffs stack?
rank 3 lurkers is +60% damage.
Now, lets say, you have 3/3 cunning ambusher, which gives +6% damage after stealth for 6s.
and you have 3/3 endless assault. encounters deal 6% more damage.
And then lets say you went down scoundrel.
10% to sly flourish, and 15% to next encounter move after leaving stealth.
oh, and every skill itself has +20% at rank 3.
So, lets say sly flourish and lurkers.
lets say a 200 damage base.
20% skill rank, 10% feat, and 60% lurkers.
is it 20% to base, for 240 base. Then +10% for 264, then 60% for lurkers? 422? or..
is it 30% to base, for 260 base, then 60% lurkers? 416? or..
is it 20% to base, for 240 base, then 70% 408? or..
is it a flat 90% with all added together, 380. (pretty sure this one is not the case)
Any of the first three could be the case. its kindof hidden atm. And the variables are so close that its hard to really break it down without a combat log.
And while we are at it. 5-10% str bonus, and 5-10% combat advantage. (+20% CA for scoundrels.. which, how does THAT work?)
if you have 20 cha for 10% combat advantage, does that mean +20% for 12%, or +20% for 30% CA? (just tested this,I have 6% from cha, and 12% on scoundrel atm, underhanded tactics. 18% expected. averaging about 15%. given sample size, I would expect then it does add. I can expect 26% combat advantage bonus with 5/5.)
One thing to consider, stealth does not confer any additional damage bonus directly, beyond 360% combat advantage. AND then, how much it does is directly based on your cha bonus. Obviously, you might have a feat that gives +damage out of stealth, etc that will impact your choices.
Truely maxing damage will require knowing this information.
hrm. I checked a few things on combat advantage. I have no idea.
I rerolled to change servers. so I have a 20 rogue and my main is 33 atm.
testing the 20 rogue. averaged 15% damage from combat advantage.
This rogue has 15 cha.
Testing my main at level 33.
This rogue has 17 cha, and 3/5 underhanded tactics for +12% "effectiveness" CA.
averaging 15% from CA.
I'm not seeing the math here yet.
Possibly a base of 10%? and 5%cha is then giving 15% for rogue 1.
and rogue 2 is 10%, +7% cha, and then underhanded tactics is +12% so 17x1.12 for 19%.
of possibly interesting note.
your duelist flurry bleeds can crit. and its determined by the first hit. if that crits. they ALL crit.
5/5 underhanded tactics now, and im getting about 20% CA.
tested lurkers vs basic stuff.
Without CA yet, or any other +damage such as the 6% after stealth, or +encounter damage feats.
Lurkers added a flat 60%. so it does multiple with str, and skill % at least.
First attempt to see if LA and CA add or multiply gave me 85%. which is closer to them adding.
Second, gave me 105%, which is over the 91% expected if they multiply.
Larger sample needed.
