Task Stuck in Neverwinter Gateway

Had 2 Tasks running 1 completed fine, the 2nd is Stuck, the timer is up, blue bar is full and it won't complete. It won't let me cancel or hit the Finish Now Button.

**Update Task seems to have finally completed. It was a 10min task stuck for about 30-45min.

    I encounter the same bug at least once every day for both my characters. For me they don't complete until I get back to the computer and log in to the game client.
    I have found no workaround for this. I've tried logging in using several browsers (desktop and mobile) and cleared cache and cookies.
