GWF action points

is it me or does the GWF seem to gain action points very slowly I just started lvlin a cleric and after around 10 hits they get there daily again but the GWF it takes ages even with the feat points buff his tab abil is also very slow to build up even with determination which is ment to speed it up ?? am I the only one seein this or not ?

I can't say as ive only played gwf and not any other class, but it does seem little slow.
