Questions about Zen store mounts and companions.

Question being, are these a one time only for one character purchase?
Or are mounts account wide, the tooltip on the companions indicate one time use but.. I'd rather confirm before purchase.

    Zen store mounts are account wide, you just reclaim them for free from the Zen store on any other character made.

    Companions are supposed to be able to be unbound using Astral Diamonds but at present it is not working.
