First off, I want to say that I am really enjoying the game so far. I have a lot of fun with the combat mechanics, and you guys already convinced be to throw a good chunk of change your way.
However, I sent in a ticket the other day about not receiving an item from the auction house, and it was very obvious that the GMs barely read my ticket. For the record, I think what happened was my mail from the auction didn't show any item in it, so I accidentally deleted it.
Anyways, I sent in a ticket telling them what happened and asking for a if I could get my item back. This is what I got:

Come on guys, really? You don't even mention my issue. I'm assuming that I will not be getting my astral diamonds, or the lost item back, which I can live with, although it makes me regret spending my money in the first place if this is the customer service that PWE provides with all their games.
At the very least, address the issue directly and tell me whether I will get getting my **** back.
Anyways, I can't say I'm not going to spend more money on you guys, because I probably will, but that doesn't change the fact that this is a brand new game that just opened, and it already feels like the staff doesn't care that much.
