Mail Bug: Multiples of Same Message & Deleting of Unselected Messages

I've gotten double messages for the Founder's Packs. I tried to delete the message WITHOUT the items, but it deleted both of them.

    I've also gotten multiples of the same messages for new zones (ie: Helm's Hold). When I try to delete one of the messages, they both are deleted.

    This needs to be looked at SOON!

    I collected some Astral Diamonds from my sales at the Auction House. I claimed one sale, tried to delete that mail message and 3 of my unread mail messages from the Auction House were deleted along with my Astral Diamond profits!!

    Please guys; look into this as soon as possible..

    Yeah, it's a bug and they should fix it, but...

    Why the heck do you keep deleting mail messages when you haven't taken all your items yet? This is the most trivial thing to work around. I haven't even deleted any mail messages, since I know about this bug, but I guess there's a cap on inbox size or something?

    You misunderstand what I'm saying. I TOOK the AD from the mail, then deleted "that" mail message. The result was deleting multiple messages.

    try to collect all astral diamonds first before deleting any messages

    This happened to me last night with some items I purchased from the AH to fill in some gaps in gear levels. I'll probably never see the items again. If I do I'll be 60. Luckily it wasn't anything over 1000 AD.

    Now I know, don't trust the coding.

    I have noticed that this happens a certain way everytime. If you have multiple mail messages from the Auction house you will only see them as single messages when you first look at your mailbox, once you take the first item and the delete that mail that is when every other mail in your inbox duplicates. Only one of the duplicates has the attachment, the other is just a copy of the message, but when you delete either of them it deletes them both, so it is possible to delete an item/AD before claiming it.

    It is an obvious bug and does need to be fixed yes, but for the moment there is a simple workaround. When you look through your mail first click on each mail and take the items, this does not make the mail duplicate, once you have all the items then you can delete the mail. After the first they will all duplicate, but it doesn't matter as you have claimed all your items already.

    I also have got duplicates, and once u delete the duplicate mail both of the mails are gone wow..

    I'm also getting duplicate mail messages. Also, the mail user-interface doesn't show all the mail messages at once, or with a scroll bar: if you delete a message, then the full list of mail shows up.

    Please Dev's; at least let us know if this is being looked at...
