[Dragon] Starting a dungeon progression group

So I've been 60 on my cleric for a while now and I've come to the conclusion that the queues are too long and once you finally get a group most of them are bad and never complete a full run.
I've tried doing this in zone chat, but i think we all know how that went.
We are a healer and a tank, looking for 3 very active damage dealers. Preferably 1 of each, but we don't really mind. The goal is to create a small social hub where it's easy to find people to group and do dungeons with. We are both pretty fresh with around 4.8-5k GS.
Both of us are located in EU, but we do play late nights and odd hours. Other clerics and guardians are welcome as well, in case one of us is offline!
(Some of you might be asking, why not create a guild? Well we discussed that, but it seems like most people are already committed to their group of friends. And we really only want to use this to get every one into T3/T4 epic dungeons)
