I and a group of my guildmates have been waiting for more than half an hour, now, for a GM to reply to support tickets we've created.
We're 'stuck' at the end of a dungeon instance, unable to do ANYTHING WORTHWHILE, in the meantime.
If the GMs aren't going to reply to a help request, they could at least say so, preventing players from wasting their time in this way.
More pointedly, maybe they should actually do their job.
