I published my first quest, Path of Bone, a couple of hours ago, and received in-game notification that the quest was published, BUT... I can't find it when I search for it.
So, I'm wondering: How long does it normaly take for the quest to show up in the foundry lists?
Thanks!

Try subscribing to your self in the Foundry stuff.
I'm seriously getting annoyed at people posting work-arounds for this that don't even work. It just causes the devs to ignore the issue while the few that are being featured or placed at the top of the For Review list keep getting hundreds of plays and everyone else's quests are pretty much non-existent. I can't subscribe to myself, or anyone else, without first being able to access their quest, and searching the short code does not turn up anything.
Just search the short code that works immediately.
This doesn't work either. And I'm not the only one who's tried these work-arounds only to be disappointed. I've tried these work-arounds multiple times. The devs need to get on this, and people need to quit pretending it isn't broken when it so clearly is.

This does work, you search the short code it brings it right up, works every single time.

Nope, it yields no results, every single time. Maybe it works if you got out of the For Review section and into the New section, but 99% of publishers never even show up in the listing because of the way it's currently formatted, and there's no search feature for it, so how can they hope to get reviewed, or invite a friend to play their quests? They can't. It's broken. Quit pretending it isn't just because you got lucky.

I am not out of the for review section. You just go to the first tab featured or whatever, and in the first box put in your shortcode including the NW- part and boom when you hit search it pops right up within a few minutes of you hitting the publish button.

Nothing to do with luck either, you just are not using the search properly, get your shortcode from your main foundry screen and type it in the search box.

I've tried it, tried it again, then tried it again. I have it written down right here. I'll even go so far as to try it again just because you said to though, and let you know how it goes..

GIve it to me I bet it pops right up, what is the shortcode for your quest I will run it and write a constructive review for you.
Wow, after it failed two or three times just now I finally got it to work. x.x
I had to switch the language to All, and type it in all caps. Anyways, thanks for convincing my stubborn <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> to keep trying.
The name of the map is The Caustic Swamp, it is based on the first questing area I made when I started playing Dungeons & Dragons 4th edition. It isn't the best project that's been published I'm sure, but it was good practice, and I'll be putting a lot more effort into the next quest. Let me know what I should work on, I appreciate any feedback.

(1) The height of Skane's Shack needs adjusted
(2) Background music bugged, and it is totally silent.
(3) Floating object during first mission.
(4) The mobs in the last mission could use a nerf.
Lmfao I feel your pain. Can't count how many times I spent an hour typing some long rant only to post it and find out it is obsolete. XD
