Soon 60 CW looking for a quality guild ( Beholder )

I'm about to hit 60 on my Control Wizard on the Beholder Shard, and I'm looking for a good guild. The guild must:
-Doesnt permit Needing on epics the said players class can't use
-Have a good structure ( having a VoiP server and website would be nice, not necessary )
-Consist of mostly mature players ( age +20 preferred )
-Do and attempt to do endgame content actively ( once/twice a week atleast )
-Doing PvP would be nice
I'm a WoW veteran and know how everything works. Can spec purely for damage or control depending on the need of the group ( won't be speccing often though, too expensive, so make the call. )
