Philosophy

We are dedicated gamers with a single goal of creating a better community for players to enjoy. Our founders come from all walks of life and have gamed together on and off for many years. Besides the general rules of conduct we offer a home for any type of player. If you only log on a few times a week or if you play every day until your fingers bleed, we can form a players environment that will get you involved in every aspect of the game. Every single player has a voice in the guild and our success is determined by the guild as a whole. MMO Communities come and go every day. We have discovered over the years that most guilds sway from their initial goals and/or charter, which makes most members discover that what used to work, no longer does. We will not waiver from our general charter and continually improve based on the membership environment.

Recruitment

We are currently accepting all players with no class or play-style restrictions. The minimum age requirement is 25 years old with the exception of members' children. Since our community can only be successful as a team, it's important to understand that we only need active players. Our typical member is a working professional and family man or women that understands the importance of Real Life issues and playing with honor and respect to every member of the server.

Member Participation

Why would you join a guild and then solo your way to the top using pugs or just outright skipping game content, because you needed a group. We want socially connected players that know how to get involved and support other players. The only way to stay connected is by participating on our forums, in guild chat and on Teamspeak. There is no reason a member should not be heard. We have so many ways to communicate but it only works if you take the personal responsibility to get involved.

The use of Teamspeak is not mandatory however, many people find their online experience more enjoyable when voicechat is available. Some, do not. However, we do use it to provide another layer of efficiency and organization in PvE/PvP encounters. Log in and just listen if that is all you prefer to do.
