[Q] Floating Text (e.g.: DM speaking, Status update, etc.)

Hey all.

I was playing a Foundry map the other day, and upon interacting with an NPC, the skies darkened (I think it was heavy red fog) and words appeared on my screen - as in an Admin notification.

How is that accomplished?

One way I have done something like that is to make a marker on the map (it's under the special category), then setting a story tab to go to that location. When you get to the location there is a section in the story tab for what you want to pop up when the step is completed. Whatever you type appears as Yellow system alert type text. So you would go to the location and when you got there the step would complete and I would set it to inform you that "The skies darken and the rivers run with blood" for example.

Not explaining it real well but with the servers down I can't pull up the foundry.

I was kind of wondering about mechanics like this too. I had an idea narration but didn't know how to go about doing it.
