Didn't receive founders pack items

So I bought the $60 pack and received absolutely nothing aside from the astral diamonds. Is there something I'm missing? Nothing showed up in my mail.

Please, for the love of god don't tell me I need to make a new character (I already transferred the diamonds to my current one).

    Are you level 5 yet? You will find some founders items at the founder merchant opposite of Sgt Knox where you get your rags. Once you reach level 5; a few moments later and you should receive new mail Go to the courier and delete some mail as you will find an item to TAKE. I think there was 2 boxes for me to take; possibly at 4 and at level 5. Or was it 5 and 6? lol not sure.

    I'm in the same boat! there is the reward claims agent opposite sergeant knox, who has nothing for me. and an empty booth next to him. I cleared all of my mail and got nothing there either. no AD, no items, nothing at all???

    You must complete the tutorial before you can claim any items. This includes doing the first couple of quests from Sgt Knox.
