Religion alter in The Hidden Cove

Trying to reach this alter but, an invisible wall is in the way and a function key will not come up. This is in the Hidden Cove.

    I reported this minor bug earlier today, Mod could probably merge the threads.

    Encountered this issue as well since last patch
    Oh and I would have bugged it IN GAME but that's not working either.
