Cannot play with Nvidia high performance graphics?

Hi I have a problem. I cannot play with Nvidia high performance graphics, only with integrated graphics, and I wanted to know how I could fix this problem. Plz guys Ive been playing since last summer to play this game help me.:(

    First Tick the "Advance Graphic Settings" box with the Video Tab when you press options.
    Under "Troubleshooting" tab there will be a dropbox as to what GPU you will be using, so instead of Intel Integrated, switch to Nvidia D11

    there is no Nvidia D11, iam so confused.

    there is intel(r)Hd graphics family #1(direct3d 9)
    and intel(r)Hd graphics family #1(direct3d 11-beta)

    Got to the NW game Icon on desktop and left click. There should be a "run with graphics processor" hover and you will see your choices

    I did that but it crashes everytime the launcher comes up, is because I need to update my Nvidia graphics driver?

    You can manually select the device type in the Nvidia control panel, but this should be resolved by newer Nvidia drivers including Neverwinter in the driver profile (so they select the discrete GPU by default instead of the integrated GPU).

    Try deleting gameprefs.pref first in C:\Cryptic Studios\Neverwinter\Live\localdata then run the launcher again see if you are getting crashes.

    Okay. I had same problem. Game is runing with integrated video. When I chose in nVidea Control Panel High Performance nVidea graphic - game is "Not responding" after start and that's it.
    I tried to delete gameprefs.pref in D:\Games\Neverwinter_ru\Neverwinter\Eecalive\localdata\. No changes. I tried to re-install driver - nothing.

    Can you help me to resolve this problem? Becouse I tried to google it and nothing useful there that able to fix it :(

    If you need some more information, just say it and I'll provide everything that I can.

    Also was trying to run in Safe Mod now but still "Not Responding"

    I have Clevo w230ss, Intel Core i7-4810MQ 2.8 GHz, 16 GB RAM 1600MHz G.Skill, GeForce GTX 860M, Win7 Home Premium.
