Gateway bug: One character will not load

I have three characters on my primary NW account. Two I can access fine through the Gateway; the remaining one I cannot. I've talked to a friend of mine who has experienced the exact same thing...can access two out of his three toons. All three characters show up on the character select screen, but pressing the character in question simply results in the screen remaining unchanged, and I see no browser activity attempt. It's as if the button itself is simply not registering on the browser.

Kindly address at your earliest convenience: it would be nice to be able to manage ALL of my toons through this wonderful web app. Thanks!

    I should add that this occurs on both my main computer using Firefox and on my android tablet using Dolphin.

    I'm having the same problem with my 4th slot, so it seems to be whatever the bottom one is

    Problem with mine is, it's the middle character. The top and bottom toons load fine. Go figure.

    I have the same problem. I have two characters and I can't access the second one.

    I am having the same problem myself. I can't access the first character I created out of 3. The Character's name is "Ta'ira".

    Glad I'm not the only one. Second of two characters doesn't work on all browsers I've tried (Chrome, Firefox, IE, and Android browser). Hopefully this gets fixed soon as that character is now my main.

    Well, poking around the forums, I found a reason for the malfunction as well as a work-around.

    First the reason: it seems the app is unable to resolve any character name with an apostrophe [ ' ] in it. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

    The work-around functions like so: First, make sure you're logged into the gateway. Secondly, copy/paste this and substitute your character's name and your @handle in the link. KEEP THE PARENS!
    https://gateway.playneverwinter.com/#char(CHARACTERNAME@HANDLE)/

    So for instance, mine might read: (A'bugar@stargeezertim)

    Once you get the character pulled up, you might want to make a bookmark of it in your browser so you don't have to keep re-typing it out, at least until they fix the web app.

    Thank you! It worked great! Hope they fix it though. Also that they fix that it looks aweful in Chrome.
