How do I get the stuffs in Founder's pack, HELP!!!

OK so I bought the founder's pack today for 200 dollars, which is quite big of a hole in my wallet.
I was wondering where and when can I get those stuffs mentioned, including the panther companion, mounts and other things. I searched on google for a while and seems this game is soooo freaking unpopular that I get no answer...

    If you didn't get it in the mail, you should be able to get it from the founders vendor.
