Auction house AD went poof and bug report went poof!

Got two bugs that are more than a little annoying...
Sold an iterm for 150k on the auction house and when I went to the mail courier to collect the AD there were none in the mail. So I decided to put in a bug report and go on with my life but now when I log back on to review my tickets its not there. So... Not only didnt I get any AD but apparently I wasnt allowed to put in a ticket about it either
Oh I did get the yellow text in chat with the ticket number when I put in the report so I know it went through just didnt get registered or something.
