Sound distortion and graphical lag

Hi ,

so when i play neverwinter i got after a while that the sound starts to get disoriantated and then the graphics start to lag extremly aswell
lag , ive played other games but no probs with those

i have updated my drivers ( lastest )
sound drivers ( latest )
chipset (latest )
mobo (latest )

only happens when i play neverwinter

I5 3570 k stock
asus z77-v
8 gb ddr3 1600 mhz
Gtx 660
2 x ssd

    I get the exact same thing, and I am using a GTX 680 SC. Maybe there is a known issue with these cards?
