Character sheet bug

I just got level 24 and got 7 skill points to spend. When i click to upgrade skill, it shows that skill has been upgraded but when i close the window and open it again, it's same as before upgrading. Also when i upgrade skills it shows 7 points available and when i upgrade skill, number is still the same. Same with feat points and also i can't equip items on my companion. It's been like this since level 20.

EDIT: I only cant equip runestone to my companion, but other items work .

    Can't even get into the game, constantly tries to force me to pick a new display name.... I have used this display name for ages everywhere.

    anyone know what the tiefling class is in the cinimatic trailer?
