Channel Divinity Ability "at-will" missing

Greetings , after I tried rearranging on which mouse button Ill place my Soothing and Punishing light I dragged out Soothing light and cant drag it back from the powers menu. I really need this power to sustain healing as I have chosen to play the healing paragon.
