Instance finder, Questions

So, i was doing an instance and someone left the party, Is there any way to replace him though the queue system? We tried to find an option but were comming up short. Anyone know how this system works?

    It should be automatic, the only issue I've found is when you start swapping leader around after someone leaves or dc's.
