What's the best weapon? PvP or Drake?

Long story short, what's the best weapon currently in game? The PvP Glory Weapons or the Drake Seal Weapons?

or.. is it neither?

The Drake Seal weapons appear to have more damage.. but I dunno

    I did compare them.. It looks like the Drake had slightly more base damage, but somewhat less favorable stats. Hard to decide, so I figure I'd just ask.
