Massive graphic problem

I want to know, everyone got those fps drops, after last patch ?
I checked technical thread, and i got similiar people who got same problem, even with latest PC update. I want you to see, and noticed that it is not passed by the technical support, saying that this is a problem with the players, not the technical side of the game.Because technical support didnt answered to anyone.

P.S. This problem occurred from last patch.

    Stay away from Mimics.

    I am also having problems with huge fps drops.Usually,it happens in dungeons or PvP after 1 minute of play.At first all seems fine,but afterwards I can barely move my character.
