Can't create PW account?

A friend of mine is trying to create a new perfect world account but it always says user name taken or emails do not match. I logged into my laptop and tried to set up another account using completely different info than my current and it says the same thing. what is going on?

    Firstly, have you tried using another browser?
    One browser I used had the problem with the confirm email not matching when they were clearly the same.


    The problem could also be because the game doesn't allow you to make too many accounts. Are you trying to make an account in an internet cafe or some public area? Or are there several people in your house who already has a PW account? Try making a new account on a computer with a different IP. i.e your smartphone, library computer etc.
