What determines whether or not a Foundry quest is eligible for the Daily Foundry?

Topic. Does it need to be 5 starred, or contain a certain amount of combat, or something else?

Also, are Daily Foundry and the 150% XP bonus from the Foundry event related? They aren't the same thing right?

    A dev, Robobo I think posted that 20 plays were needed and average play time of 15 minutes. Star rating doesn't matter.
